• Monthly VAT returns (if selected)
• Reclaiming CIS deductions suffered (if selected)
• Monthly CIS contractor returns (if selected)
• Annual company accounts and Corporation Tax Return, ready within a couple of weeks of the year end once your records are complete
• Confirmation Statement preparation
• Your Self Assessment tax return, plus other directors' returns (if selected)
• Appointment as tax agent with HMRC for all applicable taxes
• Submission of the accounts and returns to Companies House and HMRC
• Handover from your previous accountant, sorted by Mark
• Unlimited day-to-day business and tax advice, with no limits on phone calls or emails
• Dealing directly with Mark, usually with a reply within a few hours during working days
Not included: bookkeeping software, Companies House fees or historic catch-up.
